Keystone Materials RCG, is an abrasive media that is proudly made in Malaysia. OUR RCG is made entirely from 100% post-consumer recycled glass bottles. It is an economical, silica-free blasting media which offers good surface profiling, efficient coating removal, and surface clearance.
Keystone Materials RCG produces an excellent finish (SA 2.5-3) and profile. This leaves the blasted surface contamination-free with very low conductivity and salt issues.
Keystone’s breakthrough innovation, Recycled Crushed Glass (R.C.G.), is redefining the abrasive blasting process, delivering a cleaner, safer, and far more sustainable alternative to traditional mineral abrasives.
Driven by continuous Research and Development, and led by Malaysia’s pioneer in RCG technology, Mr. Tai York Mien, our Chief Technical Officer, our technical facility produces world-class green abrasive media that is SIRIM-tested, D.O.E. certified as Non-Scheduled Material and fully recyclable.
